Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson became deeply entwined after they first met. Ashley was just 17 years old and hadn't had a boyfriend, so Andrew and Ashley took things very slow. The two fell in love on first sight. Andrew wanted to ask God for one more aspect to do on New Year's Day, just prior to 2016and that was when Ashley said yes to marrying him. Ashley was determined to create a wedding with a folk woodland theme. This could truly reflect her and Andrew. Their wedding day consisted of the many things they love. The wedding venue was the 40 acres back of land Ashley grew up on. Ashley had a good understanding of the whole area, having explored it and even playing in the area. Andrew and Ashley have also explored the area multiple times before when they first started dating. The bride and groom took on the bulk of the DIY work, so personalization is important. Andrew's father and Ashley as well as Ashley made both the ceremony arch and the the seating arch. Ashley made and painted some of the decorations for the wedding. Ashley states that if Anna her florist from Magnolia Belle Floral, hadn't completed her incredible floral design to us, our wedding may not have been as magic I was hoping it would. It's truly incredible.
